Please completely fill out this tent rental request form. Our Tent Manager will contact you shortly to let you know if we can accommodate your request. Once a tent rental has been confirmed you will receive a contract and invoice.

NOTE:

Once a rental has been confirmed and a contract signed, the client is responsible for its costs. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will be charged for 50% of the rental amount. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will be charged in full for the rental amount.
